Our answer: we love the creative process and watching something we drew on paper come to life through many different qualified hands. We love capturing a family in a home.

Ben
Ben leads every build with the precision of a master craftsman. From site selection and permitting through framing, finish work, and final walkthrough — he manages every detail so your home is built exactly as envisioned.
Every trade partner is vetted by Ben personally. Every timeline is managed. Every standard is uncompromising. His clients describe him as calm under pressure, meticulous in execution, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
Ben's background spans years of hands-on construction experience on the Wasatch Back, giving him an intimate knowledge of the land, the climate, and the craftsmen who build the finest homes in the valley.
Interior Designer
Katelyn
Katelyn's design philosophy is rooted in the belief that a home should tell your story. Drawing on traditional architecture, color theory, and an artist's eye, she creates interiors that are layered, livable, and unmistakably personal.
Every room is a considered composition — never a formula. Katelyn works closely with each family to understand how they live, what they love, and what they want to feel when they walk through their front door.
Her work spans full-service interior design, furniture procurement, art curation, and final styling — ensuring that the day you receive your keys, every room is complete, curated, and entirely yours.

Have you heard of draft horses? The famous Clydesdales you see at Christmastime are one type. They are BIG horses. Alone, they can pull up to 8,000 pounds.
You would assume that two draft horses together could pull double — 16,000 pounds. Actually, no. Together, they pull 24,000 pounds. That's 3X what one can do alone.
Even more remarkable: when two draft horses have been trained together and are accustomed to working as a team, they can pull 32,000 pounds — 4 times the individual capacity.
